We apologize for any problems with resetting Adobe Connect passwords you may be having. This is a known bug, as Adobe is accidentally directing a password reset link to general "Adobe" accounts, rather than your PEATworks Adobe Connect account.
PEAT plans to remove the password requirement for our events ASAP, but current events open for registration may still require a password.
If you do not know your password, please follow the following steps. It is important to follow these steps in the order given:
1. From the registration page, click the disclaimer at the top of the page that states "If you have registered with us before, please click here"
2. From that page, enter your email address for the reset password link, then follow the link to change your password. But from here – DO NOT click on "Login" from this page.
3. Instead, navigate back to the original registration page and then follow the registration process again with your new login credentials.
