- The current Department of Justice (DOJ) open comment period regarding their Supplemental Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (SANPM) proposed accessibility requirements for online services, programs, and activities provided to the public by state and local governments–including many employment-related tools and resources; and
- Settlement agreements between DOJ and employers and other covered entities.
