Mark Penicook is Senior Manager of Accessibility at Capital One and currently leads the Digital Accessibility Team within the Enterprise Services organization. He works with designers, software engineers, product owners and managers across the company to ensure that all of Capital One’s web, mobile, and messaging applications are usable by everyone, including those with disabilities.
