About Scott Michael Robertson, PhD
Dr. Scott Michael Robertson is a senior policy advisor on the Employment-Related Supports (ERS) Policy Team in the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). He drives ODEP’s activities to support neurodiversity in the workplace, and spearheads ERS’s partnership on ODEP’s $2 million Apprenticeship Inclusion Models (AIM) initiative for career pathways in information technology, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. He also serves as a subject matter expert for ODEP’s work to enhance policy and practices for accessible work technology and explore the implications of emerging technology. He holds a PhD in information sciences and technology from Penn State University and a master’s degree in human-computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University.
